Order Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 07/04/25
1. Cancellation Window
Immediate Processing
- Orders enter our fulfillment system immediately upon payment confirmation
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of order placement
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not be cancellable until the next business day
- Weekend and holiday orders begin processing on the next business day
Limited Cancellation Period
- Cancellations are not guaranteed even within the 2-hour window
- Orders may enter production or shipping preparation without notice
- High-demand products may have expedited processing that prevents cancellation

Processing Cancellation Requests
- Cancellation requests are processed in order received
- Response time: 1-2 business days
- Cancellation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation
- Requests received after business hours are processed the next business day
3. Cancellation Restrictions
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances:
- Orders older than 2 hours
- Orders that have entered production
- Orders that have been shipped or assigned tracking numbers
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items
- Orders placed with promotional codes or discounts
- International orders (due to customs documentation requirements)
Partial Cancellations
- Partial order cancellations are not permitted
- Entire order must be cancelled or no cancellation will be processed
- Individual product removals from orders are not available
4. Cancellation Fees
Standard Cancellation Fee
- $5.00 processing fee applies to all approved cancellations
- Fee covers administrative costs and payment processing charges
- Processing fee is non-refundable and non-waivable
Payment Processing Fees
- Credit card processing fees are non-refundable
- Original transaction fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30) are deducted from refunds
- PayPal and other payment method fees are also non-refundable
Rush Processing Fee
- Orders requiring urgent cancellation review incur a $15.00 rush fee
- Rush processing is not guaranteed and subject to availability
- Rush fees are charged regardless of cancellation approval
5. Refund Processing
Refund Timeline
- Approved cancellations are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Processing time varies by payment method and financial institution
- International refunds may take 10-15 business days
Refund Calculation
Refund Amount = Original Purchase Price - Processing Fees - Transaction Fees
Example:
- Original Order: $50.00
- Processing Fee: $5.00
- Transaction Fee: $1.76
- Refund Amount: $43.24
Refund Limitations
- Shipping charges are never refundable
- Promotional discounts may be forfeited upon cancellation
- Gift card purchases are non-cancellable
- Subscription orders have separate cancellation terms
6. Order Modification vs. Cancellation
No Modifications Allowed
- Order modifications are not permitted after purchase
- Address changes, product substitutions, or quantity adjustments require full cancellation
- New order must be placed for any changes

7. Business Hours and Processing
Business Hours
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST
- Sunday: Closed
Processing Schedule
- Orders placed during business hours: Begin processing immediately
- Orders placed after hours: Begin processing next business day
- Weekend orders: Begin processing Monday
- Holiday orders: Begin processing next business day
Expedited Processing
- High-demand periods may trigger expedited processing
- Expedited processing reduces or eliminates cancellation windows
- No advance notice is provided for expedited processing periods
8. Subscription and Recurring Orders
Subscription Cancellations
- Active subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice
- Current shipment in processing cannot be cancelled
- Subscription cancellations do not affect pending orders
- Upcoming orders may be billed in advance of up to 6 months. Recurring charges can be processed ahead of your scheduled shipment date to ensure timely delivery.
Recurring Order Policy
- Recurring orders are treated as separate individual orders
- Each recurring order follows standard cancellation policy
- Recurring order modifications require subscription cancellation
9. Special Circumstances
Force Majeure
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or other extraordinary circumstances may prevent cancellations
- System outages or technical issues do not extend cancellation windows
- We are not liable for inability to process cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
Fraudulent Orders
- Orders flagged for fraud review cannot be cancelled during investigation
- Fraud review process takes 3-5 business days
- Cancellation window does not extend during fraud review
10. Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information
- Provide complete and accurate order information
- Verify order details before submission
- Ensure email address is monitored for cancellation confirmations
Timely Requests
- Submit cancellation requests as soon as possible
- Monitor email for cancellation confirmation
- Understand that cancellation is not guaranteed
Payment Method Availability
- Ensure original payment method remains active for refunds
- Notify us immediately if payment method changes
- Provide alternative refund instructions if needed
11. Denied Cancellations
Common Reasons for Denial
- Request submitted after 2-hour window
- Order already in production or shipped
- Incomplete or inaccurate information provided
- Non-cancellable product type
- System or technical restrictions
Appeal Process
- No appeals process available
- Cancellation decisions are final
- Consider our return policy for unopened products
- Future orders should be placed with careful consideration
12. Policy Exceptions
Management Discretion
- All cancellation decisions are at management's sole discretion
- We reserve the right to deny any cancellation request
- No exceptions will be made to this policy
- Customer service representatives cannot override policy restrictions
Holiday and Peak Periods
- Cancellation windows may be reduced during peak periods
- Black Friday through New Year's Day: No cancellations accepted
- Valentine's Day and Mother's Day: 1-hour cancellation window
- Back-to-school season: Limited cancellation availability
