At Foladrop, we are committed to providing clear, accurate, and transparent information regarding returns and refunds. This policy aligns with Google Ads and Google Merchant Center requirements to ensure a safe and reliable customer experience.


Return Window

Customers may request a return within 90 days from the delivery date.
Requests made after this period cannot be accepted due to product safety regulations.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Submitted within the 90-day return window
  • Completely unopened and unused
  • Original seals intact and unbroken
  • All packaging, labels, and inserts included
  • In brand-new, resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken, tampered, or missing seals
  • Items with damaged packaging
  • Items returned after 90 days
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Free samples or promotional items

Note: Due to supplement safety standards, opened products cannot legally be restocked or refunded.


How to Request a Return

    Include your order number and reason for return. Photos may be requested.

  2. Return Authorization

    • Your request will be reviewed within 1 business day.
    • Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
    • Returns without a valid RAN cannot be processed.
  1. Shipping Your Return

    • Return items in original packaging only
    • Include your RAN inside the package
    • Ship within 3 days of receiving approval
    • Use a trackable shipping method

Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without tracking

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • The refund amount will reflect:
  • Deduction of restocking fee
  • Original shipping charges (non-refundable)
  • Any applicable handling or processing fees

Damaged or Defective Products

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue
  • If validated, we will issue a prepaid return label
  • A replacement or full refund will be provided

Refund Deductions

Refunds may be adjusted for:

  • Restocking fee
  • Missing parts or damaged packaging
  • Improperly packed items during return
  • Shipping costs if a prepaid label was not used

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for all international return shipping fees
  • Customs duties are non-refundable
  • Processing time may be extended
