How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 7–14 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or personalized orders may take up to 14–21 business days. -
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the U.S. and select international destinations. Shipping options, cost, and delivery times for international orders are provided at checkout. -
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Changes or cancellations may be possible before the order is shipped. Please reach out as soon as possible at hello@foladrop.com to check whether your order is still modifiable.

Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available via the carrier.
Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 5 days of delivery for products that are unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and seals intact. -
Which items are not eligible for return?
Non-returnable products include items that have been opened, used, or contain broken safety seals. Customized or personalized products, as well as sample items, are also non-returnable. -
How do I initiate a return?
Email hello@foladrop.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be included in the return package. -
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent via a trackable service. -
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, we charge a 25% restocking fee for all approved returns. This covers handling and inspection costs. -
When will I receive my refund?
We process refunds within 7 business days after inspecting your return. Refunds are sent to the original payment method only. -
What happens if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Report any damaged or defective product within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos. If verified, we’ll cover the return shipping and send a refund or replacement.
